Set on the outskirts of Preston City, a private developer – Gallagher Build – wanted to introduce to the area a private, gated, one of a kind development. Three luxury houses were designed by architects Cassidy & Ashton and we were brought on board the team to make these houses truly individual, offering modern luxury and quality throughout. To help market the properties while the build work was on going, we produced CGIs based on all the exact products and finishes to show how these houses would look when complete.
